Bio

Prasanna is the Head of Technology for ThoughtWorks India. He brings his love of technology, knowledge of business, and the ability to create effective teams to take on complex challenges that shape our world today. He speaks on a wide ranging topics including evolutionary architectures, microservices, chaos engineering and high-performance Java. He is a relentless advocate of diversity and inclusion.

Previously, Prasanna has been a consultant for many years and has played different roles including developer, tech lead, architect, project manager, quality analyst, sales person, general manager, agile coach, "devops" and interim CTO. He has worked in multiple domains including Financial Services, Retail, Travel, Hospitality and Medical Devices. He also had the opportunity to work all over the world including Poland, Japan, China, India, South Africa, the United States and Switzerland.

This gives him a broad range of experiences to draw from when approaching any situation.
