Roadmap from Chaos to High Performance Continuous Delivery

Abstract

Achieving High Performance Continuous Delivery is a strategic goal for many enterprises because it is an essential part of digital transformations. However, achieving continuous delivery, at a level, let alone at a high performance level, is not an easy or straight-forward path for most enterprises. This talk explains major challenges faced by many enterprises and describes a step-by-step practice to create a strategic solution roadmap that leads to high performance continuous delivery.

Taking one step further we'll showcase a on how to do Continuous Delivery of your Infrastructure as Code, obviously with Open Source tools.

Bio
