As a trusted mentor and advisor to chief executive officers and chief information officers around the world, Kevin Behr blends his over 30 years of technology management experience with his skills as a communicator, collaborator and synthesist to deliver powerful solutions to everyday business problems. His consulting practice focuses on three areas: Enterprise Service Design and Orchestration (engaging the complex problems inherent in large IT organizations composed of adaptive teams); OpsFlow techniques (creating flow across the desired value chain and align organizations to the nature of their work); and Sustained Organizational Enablement.

In the role of CTO and CIO at companies ranging from public corporations to nimble technology start-ups, Kevin commanded multimillion-dollar capital budgets and high performing global teams, earning recognition as a creative and goal-oriented expert dedicated to consistent nurture and ongoing development of adaptive systems. As a consultant, he has researched, analyzed and benchmarked organizational performance, providing crucial innovations that optimized business operations and results.

Kevin is the award-winning author/coauthor of seven IT management books, including The Phoenix Project and the Visible Ops Handbook. He speaks regularly on various IT and management topics (past engagements include Carnegie Mellon and the National Academy of Sciences.)
